Just completed
I just did this task yesterday. You have to raise the vehicle and remove the wheel, then remove the inner fender liner. No big deal, just 4x 8mm bolts under the bumper, 4x plastic keepers (the center pulls out to release), and 2x 10mm nuts, plus a little tugging. The light snaps in/out from the back side via 4x stiff plastic tabs.
