you can purchase the W166 AMG rear assembly with 4 exhaust ports on the back then you have to modify the mufflers to point to the 4 pipes in the back, instead of the current 2.
You can look up Chris the Swede's ML to GLE conversion as a point of reference to see how he did it, and there was another user who did a conversion with the 4 pipes in the back.
