Command Knob not working and 12V in console not working
Hi all, I have a MY15 ML400, the command knob for the NTG 4.5 unit does not work. Before you say its the shaft, the back and clear buttons do not illuminate, I have confirmed that the command knob is indeed plugged in, but I'm not exactly sure why the knob is not functioning, I'm also not sure if there is actually power going to it though.
The 12V plug near the cup holders also doesn't work. We found the fuse to be blown and replace it, still does not work, strange issue.
Can anyone shed some light on these issues? Thanks
