Nox Sensor problem, again

Nox Sensor problem, again
Hello,
I am from Germany, and this is my first post.
Sorry for my bad english.
My car is a ML 350 Bluetec. Since a few days I have problems with the Nox sensors bevore and after the SCR Kat.
The errors are 18B800 and 18B900 (implausible values NoX Sensors).
I replaced both Nox sensors (part number A0009053503 and A0009053603) the same partnumber as before, clear the fault codes and reset the adaptation for the new sensors.
But after round 20 miles exactly the same errors come back.
I have no Idea what the problem is?
Maybe somebody has an idea, how can I solve the problem?
