What type of Plug to use??
Ok, I have a 2015 ML550. 59,000 miles. What plugs can you use on these? Bosch, NGK (they make the plugs I think for Mercedes). Can you use a hotter plug? I want to use a plug that lasts 90,000 miles. Can some one tell me what plug they have used and like. I was a Master BMW tech, but Mercedes info is tough to get. Dealership is saying every 60k to replace the plugs. I'm use to 90k and then replace. TY

I ran OEM Bosch plugs in my 2000 CLK430 for close to 90K miles without problems, 3 times ! Yes the gap had widened, but the plugs looked fine considering the junk gas we are using these days. I swore after the first plug change I would NEVER do them myself again, but I did! My wife's 1999 C280 has it's 3rd set of Bosch plugs in it as well @ 290K miles. Still can put a wine class on the hood and start and run without a ripple!

I did 2 cars at 90000 miles- plugs looked new. Used OEM in one and Bosch in the second.
The 2014 ML350 had these stamped on pluggs: Z6S113320.Germany. BOSCH recommende plug
is iridium ZR6SII3320
