Help please alarm activating
2014 Ml350
My alarm is sounding and lights flashing intermittently .Recent occasion it started when I started the car and continued as I was driving!.
It also sometimes flashes all turn light without the siren.
I've pulled fuse 203 which seems to have stopped it, but any clues as to cause please?

Can anyone with auto electrical expertise explain why pulling the fuse has stopped false alarms?
If the siren is at fault would the problem persist. It's all quiet at present, no siren and no flashing lights. but I don't like having no alarm.
Any thoughts please?

I would try scanning the car for codes, perhaps there is some information stored in the computer.
If no codes are available, I would disconnect the battery for @5 min (so the computer can reboot cleanly in case there is a component hung).
MB vehicles are known for water intrusion which finds its way to either the from SAM or at the bottom of the driver's side floor (where there are a few wires.
Those are just a few points to start. Hopefully, stops at the reboot.
