Splashguard missing? 2012 ML350 Bluetec

I was looking under our vehicle and noticed captive nuts with nothing bolted to them under the transmission area. The last service we had was for the Bluetec emissions recall, so I am wondering if the dealer forgot to put something back on the car? (It would not be the first time this happened with our dealer.)
Can anyone identify what is missing and what the part number would be?

Yup, there's a splashguard missing. Here's my '13 pics:

The over(under?)view from the front, and a pic of the missing part number- the rearmost pic. 8 screws hold it on.

Here's one on ebay:

Not mine, just one that popped up when I googled the part number. They're not cheap, are they? I'd certainly be asking the dealer where it went, plus the 8 screws that hold it on.
