Pretty sure that's the transmission cooler lines, the block it's connected to is the thermostat. I've had a leak here before also.

Once I found the code of the part corresponds to the Automatic Transmission Oil Thermostat, I think I may have lost atf from the gearbox or I am in an error, I appreciate any help.

2013 Mercedes GL350 Bluetec (X166) & 2019 Mercedes A220 (W177) & Retired 2008 Mercedes C300 (W204)
For reference in the future, Part number is A1645010265. Part is called Transmission Oil Cooler Line & Pipe Hoses.

Family members 2012 ML350 had this same leak (Found when doing the AEM Recall) but there is a specific flare connection needed for the hoses. Ended up having the dealer do the work and replace (Approx $700 CAD). They also identified a few other leak points (Intercooler hoses, turbo intake, air filter gaskets, vacuum pump) which I ended up doing at home. To date no further leaks have been observed.
