Mine was broken ordered one off AliExpress.
came in 3 months long wait.
steps
1. Twist the star emblem counter clockwise it should come off.
2. Get a 3/8 deep socket and remove the nut as shown in pic. The nut is just below the camera.
3. Pull out the camera and swap with new.

I think mine has a broken seal, when it is wet I cannot see anything, what one did you order?
