Logo puddle lamps: is logo removeable??
I see a few threads where members were looking to add the logo lamps; what about removing the logo and having plain puddle lights? Is that an easy DIY?

well, not sure if this thread of mine will get the right eyeballs as titled, but if anyone wants to swap the plain puddle lights for the logos let me know. Ship me yours I'll ship you mine.
Those are 100% aftermarket and did not come with your car from the factory.
You'll have to either order the original plain ones (expensive I'm sure), find someone here who swapped theirs and ask if you can have their original ones, or try to find an aftermarket set on Amazon (not sure if such a thing exists, but will be WAY cheaper than the dealer)
As a last resort, pull one out and see if it comes apart somehow (ie. hopefully it isn't glued together). Maybe you can pull out the disk with the MB logo on it and have a clear light?
