CPS fault

ML was running great, went to take my son to school the next morning and started running rough, lost power.

Took it home ran scans and got a slew of P codes

P0113
P2088
P2090
P0343
P0368
P0351
P0353

I have replaced the plugs and coil packs within the past 6 months. I just tried replacing CPS intake and still getting the same codes.

Is it likely that the 02 sensor or magnets are triggering this? I also had some critters stealing some engine bay insulation, but I am not seeing any evidence of wiring being eaten.
