2009 ML 350, will not start. Battery is charged, all lights on dash work, headlights work, when you turn the key nothing happens no starter sound. Was driving down the hiway and it just quit. Previously it would not start in the parking lot and the fan would not stop. I disconnected the battery and it started. My mechanic is have a difficult time analyzing. Has anyone else seen this problem?

 

Have you scanned for error codes? W/o error codes it is very difficult to comment

 

You are in the wrong form. 2009 was W164. Please post it there for better clarifications.
