'13 ML350 Bluetec issues

Got the check engine light today and put the Launch X-431 computer on and got the following report.
I can hear @Chassis chuckling gently to himself now

There seem to be issues with the adblue system, namely the pump failed and the switchover valve failed.

Open to thoughts, suggestions, and cheap shots.
Seems like it ought to be covered by the AEM warranty, but of course the closest Mercedes dealer is 280 miles away in Salt Lake City. The dealer I got the car from is in Missoula, about 350 miles away from my driveway.
I'm tempted to suck it up and do the work myself; it seems like when I was researching the feasibility of buying this car I found there to be some aftermarket tank/pump offerings that were superior quality to the OEM. Not afraid to spend the money on upgrades.

Ignore the telematics and mirror heater issues; those aren't concerns to be messed with today.

Made an appointment at the SLC Utah dealer for mid March. Hopefully they'll fully honor the AEM warranty and take care of it Gratis.

I'm almost annoyed that everything is warranteed. I'd've had the parts already here had it been on my dime.

Trying to decide whether to be happy or sad that there have been no responses to this thread.
Maybe the failure rate of the adblue system is not as high as some would have others believe, thus the lack of experience with fixes.

230K km's on mine and never had any tank-related issues, just the pesky nox sensors (now covered under AEM).

Do you recall the codes thrown when the sensors quit?

I have the car back. Went to pick it up yesterday after them having it for 2+ weeks and the car was still in bits and pieces on the shop floor as the tech was struggling to get the new DEF pump to work. It had all the techs at the dealer stumped until they replaced the new pump with another new one, then all was well. No more check engine light on the 300 mile drive home.
