What is the date of manufacture for this battery?

Oh this is easy I can answer this one!

If the number stamped on the terminal says "46" and "11" like I think it does, then this battery was manufactured 46th week of 2011. Meaning Dec 2011 or just over 12 years old.
If it isn't dead, replace it right now.. won't last much longer! I have had all of these batteries die in either year 7 or year 8. Started just replacing them in mid-year 7 and haven't had problems since. Not worth squeezing 6 extra months out of them, because they fail on cold frozen days or rainstorms.. not the nice sunny days when you can walk home!

Ok thanks for the info— got it replaced today, just amazed it lasted this long. But it is a low mileage vehicle with 70k miles
