I have been a member of the site for a while - more for my W212 2011 E550 4M - but just added a new member to the family.
I think I happen to get lucky and pick up a 2014 ML550 - Diamond White with Black Designo interior - with a mere 40,800 on the clock!
So far I'm still waiting to find anything major wrong - other than the known creaky pano..
I have the 8 sacrificial plugs wires ready to put in
Fresh 0-40w Mob 1 oil change done (and soon to get all the other fluids done)...
Car has been checked already for water intrusion - nothing found or any issues there either.
If there is anything more I should be aware of - anything in advance is appreciated.
I have read up enough of the issues over all with the M278 engine so I know what I'm in for...but feel comfortable with having a good service contract. if I needed.
