Storage Box (Center Console) Latch Broke
The latch on one side of my storage box broke, and the driver side armrest stays open. Does anyone have any experience with this? Dealer says I have to replace the whole box.

Looks like this is a common problem. The part is available on Amazon or eBay for $12.
Watch the first video, and then the follow up video to see how to do it without removing the entire center console.
Also, you can leave the USB and phone connectors in place and pass that panel through the hole when you remove the storage box.
