Headlight help
Hello all, asking for any advice or help. Have a 2013 ML350 and the headlights see very dim compared to some newer models. Has anyone changed the H7 bulbs or replaced the whole headlight assembly with anything that did not keep the error light on the dashboard? Trying to find something that is brighter without the dash light coming on

I've done HID to LED conversion with good results but it sounds like you have the Halogen headlights, I've mentioned in my thread that all of the OEM manufacturers have halogen to LED conversions. I would start there:

i just installed the Lasfit Custom Pro-MB2 H7 LEDs in my low beams and they are a dramatic improvement over the original halogens. Amazon price $79.99 with discount and $10 coupon.
I started with the left side and it took about forty-five minutes with an adjustable wrench to loosen the original bulb and retainer. After gaining experience with the left, the right side took maybe five minutes. Perfect fit and light pattern for my 2012 ML350 4Matic! I may have to replace the high beams since they look so yellow in comparison.
Thanks for the tip…I now feel a lot more comfortable driving at night.
