Rear brake cover plate
No particular WIS procedure is available so there is my suggestion for driveway wrenchers:
1) secure you car, remove the wheel,
2) retract brake calipers through console,
3) remove whole brake piston/support assembly (two 18mm bolts), secure it
4) unscrew T30 bolt from brake disk and remove it from the wheel flange
5) DO NOT try to remove the flange since it will damage the bearing
6) unscrew 4 cover bolts with 8mm 12 point wrench (limited space behind the flange)
7) cut the shield in thinnest side and pull it over the flange by rotating it (the shield is made from aluminium, I used metal shears)
8) do everything backwards
Additional point – was not able to find aftermarket part and just one shield forked me 70EUR!!

Where did you buy them? I need 2 for my front. I see the Mercedes sticker, so I guess you went OEM at the Mercedes dealership?
