2015 ML400
The rear parking brake on the passenger side started to stick in the "on" position. The warning light would sometimes come on (i.e. "P" on the dash), but mostly it would not show any error, but still stick.
I have been able to cycle it a few times on/off and the car would start to roll in neutral (slight incline) letting me know the parking brake retracted.
Since this is intermittent, is it a lubrication issue? Is there anything I can do (spray lithium grease) to restore reliable function or is the part failing?
