2012 ML350 Bluetec Transfer Case chain
Hi All,
Wondering whether anyone could help me with what model of transfer case chain and sprockets/gears is needed for my 2012 ML350 Bluetec and where I could possibly buy them from? VIN#4JGDA2EB4CA040158. I went to Mercedes and they don't sell the chain, just the entire mechanism for the mere price of $8000.
Your help would be greatly appreciated. Thx!

I believe you have a 164 chassis . There are many places to buy the chain. You have posted in the 166 chassis fprim.

Yes you are correct .. you have a 166 chassis. My mistake .. most 2012’s are still 164 except some diesels … I ran your Vin and it is a 166. Still check the sources I posted. You can also call Cobra Transmission.
