ML350 W166 AC not blowing air

Hi, the AC of my ML350 suddenly has stopped blowing, air despite the control lights working (see picture).
Relevant error codes seem to be B112F-87 and U0164-87.
I believe that I checked all the standard fuses, but happy to retest if you can point to specific ones.
Can someone help with troubleshooting steps? I can't find anything specific to my symptom for this car model W166.

B112F-87 is for the blower regulator has a malfunction.

The first step will be to look at the blower under the dashboard, and check the wiring is properly connected. Check the power and grounds at the connector to verify that the AC control is commanding the blower.

Thanks, I will start with what's in the video. That said neither the video or the documents in the posts refer specifically to B112F-87. Why would it be the same problem as 912F87?

Your code is more related to the regulator than the what is explained in the video. But keeping in mind the Uxxx code is about communication, something is NOT "properly connected", and that is why I suggested starting at the blower and tracing back. This connector will be upstream of the blower.

When diagnosing/debugging an issue, the idea is to establish a reference: upstream from here, or downstream from here. The closer the reference is to the failure, the shorter the process. I just picked starting at one end.
