"friction/vibration noise" 2013 W166 ML350d BT,

When I start driving the car, on full left or full right steering-wheel I hear a "friction/vibration noise" coming from underneath the chassis (not engine)

only when I start driving

Are you holding the steering wheel tight against the stops when this happens (don't do that)? It puts a LOT of stress on the steering pump, tie rods, etc.
Turn the wheel fully then back off a tiny bit so you're not on the stops and see if that makes a difference.

Thanks for reaching out, it does the same even when is not fully tight to the stop (lets say 85-95% turn)
