That was for the seat bottom. The bottom and back are separate parts. There are MANY variations so make sure you have the exact part # -- maybe the dealer will help you lok it up.
Different part #'s for every colour, heated vs non, perforated vs non, leather vs. MBTex, etc, etc.
The bottom was not hard to replace.. took 45 mins with a long pair of needlenose pliers and some basic knowledge. Just remove the metal clips (hog rings) and remove the cover, then reinstall the new. Take a look at how it's installed and basically reverse the installation.
If not, take it to an upholstery shop and they can swap it.
That way you avoid "similar" materials that may or may not age at the same rate as the rest of the seat (different colour and wear patterns). I drove for another 100,000km (60 k miles) an d the seat still looked brand new when I sold the GL..
