auto electronic park brake
So i have seen this forum before and want some help, I have ML 350 MY 2014 and i heard that the parking brake automatically disengages when you put D and press the gas which mine doesnt.
Some guy also said there is a way to activate such thing and also make the parking brake automatically engaing when turning off the car which also my car doesnt.
In a nutshell, my car doesnt automatically engage the parking brake once i turn off the car ( i have to do it manually)
and when i want to drive i have to disengage it manually
should my car be doing this features or is there a way to activate it

If you apply the park brake manually I think from memory you have to disengage it manually. I could be wrong. It might actually make you do that if your door is open and in D thinking about it. I only ever use my park brake if I’m on a hill , other than that I never use it. But it does automatically release when you hit the gas. The GLC applies it automatically when you hit park.
