E55 Misfire Issues

I know there are numerous write ups on this but I have still not fixed my issue, so I am hoping someone sees this and can provide some insight. First things first here is a list of what is done to my car: 77mm fixed pulley, FTP H/E, Johnson I/C Pump, Faberge Exhaust (resonator back), NGK plugs one step colder, K&N filters.

What happened: I was driving home and playing around a bit on the highway, romped on it real hard one time and the dreaded CEL came on and the car was running like ****. Limped it home and scanned the car and had a few misfire codes. I looked around the engine bay and noticed that during the drive home the resistor that was provided with my fixed pulley came out of the Supercharger harness. I immediately replaced it and started the car to see if there were any changes. None, the car was still running very rough and threw the CEL again. Rescanned and had the same issues. The car has high miles so I had already ordered new plugs, wires, and coils, just been to lazy to put them in. Figured now was a great time and was hoping one of those was the issue. Car is still misfiring, but now only in Cylinders 2 and 8. Swapped the coils, plugs, and wires with different cyl. to see if the misfire jumped to those cylinders but it did not, still in 2 and 8. Going to do a compression test tomorrow to see what comes up.

Does anyone know what else this can be, assuming the compression test comes back fine?
