M113K with 7G Trans?
Looking for info on swapping the 7 speed trans into a M113K car.
I work with a shop that has done the swap many times and Im interested in having it done to my car but I also like learning about the process, etc.
Who has done it? What does it take?
The Torque of the M113K with a Whipple and a responsive, rev matching trans would be alot of fun!

Was the M113K ever fitted with a 7G tranny from the factory? You may want to keep that in mind. The M113K is a beast and the early 7G trannies were thought to be unable to handle the torque. Alternatively, you may want to look at the modified valve body from Victory Road Performance.

I didnt know VRP offered their valve bodies again!!!
Since posting this, ive decided to stick with the 722.6 trans.
we’ll see how the factory unit holds up to the whipple and more power but I would likely send the spare trans I have to Southern Hot Rod to have it built up.
may order the VRP valve body to test out. I wonder if its compatible with my MK Ultra SLR TCU
