your IC pump is on the drivers side lower front bumper. With the key on and engine off u can usually hear the pump. With the engine covers off there are two check/schrader valves on the lines feeding the IC cores, while the pump is on depress one of the valves and you should see a steady stream of fluid released from the valve.

My pump is on the passenger side right behind the small amg grille. It does not run when engine is off unless you wire it otherwise, but with engine on, you can put your hand on the hose inlet and feel the vibration of the flow if it is working.
