Got the SL Eurocharged Tuned
Tony from Eurocharged stopped by my house on Friday en route to the DC Dyno event on the 6th. He tuned my SL (and also my E63) with the latest "canned" tune which uses a couple of recent enhancements to add some additional torque for the TT motor. Talk about customer service, a house call!
Having driven the car, er beast, for a couple of hundred miles over the weekend, the best word to describe the tune is...wow. Torque is everywhere, and it pulls like crazy in any and every gear well into triple digits. But, when taking the wife out to dinner downtown on Saturday night, low speed driving is still as smooth and refined as ever. This car is a sleeper...big time. The Eurocharged tune is a must have, it just plain works.
No dyno in my garage, but I will get out to do some 1/4 times soon, I'm confident they will be 11's.

I was told that my car got an updated version of your tune with some enhancements from another car tuned recently in Dallas; it is supposed to make 30 or so foot/lbs more torque, same hp. I don't have numbers to validate that as I did not do baseline or after tune dyno pulls, but they were able to extract that from the Texas car on a dyno. I will try to get some 1/4 times soon to see what it all equates to in et and mph.

Yeah, that makes sense. Tony told me that there's an updated tune for our cars. Looks like you got that one. I'm already right up against the torque limiting feature in my transmission, so more torque wouldn't be good for me until I get a TCU update from Kleemann or the like.....
