abc warning light need help asap.

2004 cl600 with 78000 miles.

hi i got the abc warning light sunday. monday morning no light. drove car 20 miles, no light. shut car off and came back 50 minutes later. turned car on abc warning appeared. went home shut car and checked engine compartment. fluid leaked very slightly out of abc reservoir through dip stick. history. 2 months ago dealer replaced the abc pump and refilled system. never had a problem with overflow, or warning light until sunday 2 months later. i never added fluid. what would cause this? overheating, a blockage in system? car is at dealer now and doesn't give any fault codes. any help would be appreciated.
thanks

p.s. tires are sitting correctly and car seems to be driving fine.

got the car back yesterday. they could not duplicate the malfunction and the computer did not show any fault codes. they did take out excessive fluid from the system. i spoke to the tech and asked him why this would show up 2 months after pump replacement if fluid was high. and he couldn't explain. i asked him about stuck, valves, or blockages. he said the computer would definitely pick that up as a fault code. i asked him about over heating problem in the pump causing the fluid to expand and he dismissed that as a problem. he said they drove the car 30 miles and could not duplicate the problem. i hope the removal of fluid solves the problem. i guess i will know in the next few days of driving. any more input is greatly appreciated. thanks.

it's been about a week and no abc warning light yet (crossing fingers, knock on wood). it appears so far that the excess fluid caused the warning light. since the tech lowered the fluid it doesn't throw any codes (again, crossing fingers, knock on wood).
