At what MPH does the limiter start to cut in ?
I had a little run in with a tricked out BMW 1M, he floored it and I followed and stayed right on his tail. Not long and I felt my 03 stock CL600 start to surge a little, I looked down and I was going in the 135 MPH range so I slowed up.
What happen did the MPH Limiter kick in or ?

Your car must be going into limp home mode - they only do this if they are experiencing valve float, and the ECU is trying to protect the engine. Likely you have broken a follower.

HA HA HA...just kidding
Mine cut off at 130 mph stock. It would start to pull power between 120 and 130 so you didn't "slam into" the governor.
An ECU tune will remove that.
