Replaced Driver Side Ignition Coil - This is what I found
I got the random misfire code yesterday. I connected the car to DAS and it gave me a fault for the driver side ignition coil. Cost of the part at the dealer was 1040.
Install and removal was pretty simple thanks to FormulaZR's DIY.
Once the coil pack was off this is what I found -
All the valve covers bolts were a bit loose I had to tighten them
4 spark plugs were also pretty loose
Probably the vibration of the engine is causing them to get loose over time
If anyone feel comfortable removing their ignition coil, I would recommend doing that just to make sure everything is tight and sung.
