Cat removal

Hi all

What are the cats worth on these cars in terms of HP/TQ?

Are they easy enough to map out?

I noticed that Speedriven states that their "off road" pipes don't trigger a CEL; So could you not just knock the material out of the cats with the same results...or are newer cats not as easy.

....and obviously don't want the material pull back into the turbos if loose

Never mind...no clean shot down the cat

Should be easy enough to bash them through, but I would probably get an exhaust shop to weld a straight pipe in its place. I would worry that the empty cat can would resonate.
