Smile head work, anyone try it?

Hello v12TT group,
Does anyone have experience porting the heads and intake/exhaust manifold on the m275, I have a 2005 CL65? I know this will be a costly step, but the idea of getting more flow and hp with lower boost is interesting. I'm trying to find out if this step is worth it. Has anyone bench flowed the heads, is there material to remove to port the heads, or is all this a waste of time. Any experience with the intake/exhaust manifolds?

Thanks

good luck dude, porting is rare, and if i can remember (very old thread), it wasnt worth it since its a forced induction low reving engine, but it was some power but considering labor & headache. Its up to you ( also if you port the heads,do inlet then outlet then new manifolds, at that point no reason not to upgrade the turbos
