Starter not working after check engine
Hi,
I need your help!
Today I was driving my SL 600 2007 hard on the limits. At high rpm just before going to 4th gear I heard a small strange sound (not metallic sound) and then I lost power and the check engine light came on. I was still able to drive but with reduced power. There was no bad metal sound or anything.
I parked the car and read the error codes from the obd and there were many error codes (more then 10 and saying misfire on multiple cylinders and more codes but I didn't know then how big the problem was so I didn't pay so much attention to it)
When I tried to restart the car the ignition comes on and the instruments works but when I try to start the engine the starter is not responding at all, not a small click or anything. It also says ABS fault and ESP fault on the instrument panel. No error codes at the moment.
I have tried a new start battery because its easy but it didn't help. I don't know how to proceed but maybe someone here have any idea?
I talked to the local dealer today but in Sweden where I live it's a very unusual engine so not so much help from there.
Any idea is appreciated!
Thanks in advance

Out Of Control!!
Because you dont have xentry to give you the specific answer---start with applying voltage to starter--what happens----then move on to the starter circuit bla bla

More information, broken fuse
Now I know more but still needs some experience help.
One fuse is blown and blows directly when replaced so there is a short circuit somewhere, anyone that knows where it's most likely?
This is the fuse description :
f43 30z RDBU 2.5 Terminal 87M1e connector sleeve (Z7/35) 20
Rear fuse and relay module (K40/5)
ME-SFI [ME] control unit (N3/10)
Fuel injection valves (Y62)
Valid for engines 272, 273:
Ignition coils (T1/1 - T1/6)
BKVT 0.5 AAC with integrated control additional fan
motor (M4/7)
Valid for engine 113.995 (AMG):
Camshaft Hall sensor (B6/1)
Valid for engine 275:
Radio interference suppression capacitor
(C4)
ECI ignition system power pack (N91)
Boost pressure control transducer (Y31/5)

A small update.
I found out that the ignition power transformer or the coil pack is the reason for the fuse to blow.
I have replaced the fuse and got the starter to work again so now the ecu communicate again.
It starts and all 6 cylinders on passenger side gives misfire code, it runs on the left hand side.
I have ordered a used transformer to try with.
Is it possible that the coil pack can cause complete bank to fail?
