2004 mercedes cl 600 extremely low battery drain over night in cold weather

i have an extremely low current draw that is draining battery overnight. i still have just enough power to start car, but it is close. car regains full power after about 4 minutes of driving. had battery and alternator tested and both checked out good. this only causes problems in cold weather. does anyone have a clue as to what i should check that is causing this low battery state any help is appreciated. all systems are functional.

what is the drain you measured ? and how long did you measure
some modules turn off first, then turn on every XXX minutes with peaks

here the best and cheap way to measure
you can safe sitting there by using a camera or your phone recording the screen
then later rewind

buy this PeakTech 4250
buy a Mini Fuse Breakout Extension
put a 20amp fuse on it

hook the PeakTech 4250 up to any voltmeter

replace any suspected fuse with the Mini Fuse Breakout Extension
put the PeakTech 4250 around the Mini Fuse Breakout Extension wire

let the car go asleep
measure the draw

total draw asleep at battery should not exceed 65 milliamps
