m275 Camshaft position sensor on left bank is missing

Hello, on my m275 engine (2007 sl65) the left bank camshaft position sensor is missing in a place where it's supposed to be based on WIS (on a valve cover behind intercooler). Interesting that the right bank has a sensor but not left one. I guess my modification of m275 has the sensor in a different place or doesn't have it at all... Does anyone know where left bank camshaft position sensor can be on my engine ?
No camshaft sensor on left bank, the right bank has a sensor in the same position.

On mine it's at the very back of the valve cover. I'll see if I can get a picture later this evening.

I think it has only one but I have not seen a prove of it only the fact that I looked at the valve cover everywhere and have not seen it. Also in the diagnostic tools it shows only the right bank sensor data.

No variable valve timing so no need to monitor where both cams are.

When my 275 threw a cam timing code in 2018 after it quit running It was painfully obvious this was going to $ting.

Suffice to say.... that was an experience.
