I have owned this car since 2004 and i am the only driver.. This car is what i would call british racing green, very hard to find since most mercedes seem to be silver or white..
i have several sets of wheels for it, buyer choice (turbo wheels on it now)..
reason for sale is too many cars..
i recently replaced ALL the top cylinders with either mercedes parts (3) or rebuild (the rest of them from tophydraulicsinc.com), the conductor plate was replaced by the local mercedes dealer..
this is a lovely solid car..
ALWAYS garaged but the few times i was out of town i used a custom all weather car cover..
all offers considered..

only obvious problem is the under hood padding disintegrated about 14 years ago and i never replaced it..
the mileage is 67,500 more or less..
i take care of my cars, do not start cold and then stop just to move them, always garaged..
got an SL55 in 2015 for the top design..
i like the SL55 but i must say it strikes me a lighter on its feet but is not as "tight" as the SL600..
if you are close, come and drive it..
if not you can have the athens mercedes dealer inspect it..
they did the last service on it last year..
want more pix, just ask..
