​​​​​​Yes they will work on your car without any modifications and you can use your stock lug bolts.

Is the wheel centre cap top piece detachable? I'm referring to top black piece with the silver star, not the whole assembly. Can I buy just that piece?

It is detachable. It covers the lug bolt holes. Were you looking for a spare?
I know those work perfectly on our wheels i can't guarantee they will work on OEM wheels or other similar aftermarket wheels from other factories

Yes I am looking for black caps x4 pieces.
I'm referring to this cap (photos attached). I don't need the whole hub cap assembly as I already have those. I only need the top caps.
Mine is OEM but as long as it measures 65mm it will fit.
