2005 Mercedes Benz CLK55 AMG
If your familiar with this vehicle, then you know and I tip my hat to you. Its the last production model year for the CLK55 AMG coupes before production on the CLK63 AMG began. Its also the only 55' model with the factory quad AMG exhaust- only 247 built. This is one of them.
Now- details on the beast.
She does have 160k miles, but drives like a dream. Hand built 5.5L engine in the AMG plant in Affalterbach, Germany. 362 hp/ 376 lb tq. No leaks, no strange noises, no dashboard lights/codes. Just a true Bavarian sports car that's very spiritual a lives up to its heritage. Extremely fast & fun to drive.
The resonators (Secondary Catalyst) are deleted. The car sounds like a refined T-Rex. Not obnoxious, no bothering drone in the cabin- just right. Super sleek design- Sporty, comfortable and luxurious. All the manual modes (shifters) are all in perfect running order. Engine and transmission couldn't be more solid.
I've owned the car for some times now & have kept up with all scheduled maintenance and services. Tires are great, replaced brakes just less than a year ago. Mechanically and cosmetically impeccable.
