I believe so. People put the cls55 mufflers on the e55 so should work in reverse. Cannot guarantee though.

do you know if they are any lighter than stock ones? can you ship them to east coast?

as far as CLS goes i believe TIPS are a different length. cLS sticks out more on E class so on a CLS these supersprint tips would be tucked in.
