Might want to post exactly what it is that you're looking for as that is not factory w219 amplifier since that would be on the other side and looks a good bit different.

I'll have to take your word on it but really seems silly for MB to put a different amplifier in one, limited production vehicle and then route everything to the opposite side of where the AGW and wiring would be. If you somehow find this it will be a good bit of work to have in functioning and with little reward, I would look at aftermarket if you're looking for an audio upgrade.
