These are used H&R 29377 springs set of 4 (Front/Rear). Took them off my CLK55 to return it to stock for selling.

Provides about 1" drop. Part# 29377

Don't think so...it is a different part number.
I have a wholesale account with Tire Rack and brand-new H&R Springs for the C43 are not much more - PM me if you want a set drop-shipped directly to you - at my cost.
