I'm looking to transfer my lease over as my circumstances have changed. I negotiated a great deal for this lease, $414.07 per month INCLUDING taxes.
I am asking for 4.5K upfront which WILL BE REFUNDED TO YOU by the dealer at the end of lease. This was a security deposit (known as MSD) to get the interest down. Once the lease is transferred to your name, you are entitled to receive it which is why I am asking for it before the transfer. This car has maintenance service ($1175) and Mercedez Benz additional coverage from dents and scratches ($1175) included.
The car has a sunroof and blindspot monitor system. The terms are 12k miles per year (36k total) and there are 9 months remaining on the lease (9 out of 36 monthly payments left). However, the car currently has only 24 500 miles, so you actually have 11 500 total miles utill October 2020 which is 1300 miles/month! I will also pay half of the lease transfer fee (Total is $695 so we can split it in half). Please do your research on lease transfers/takeovers first as you have to qualify with the dealership, so have decent credit.
Car is in perfect condition and I would accompany you to the dealership to complete the process. Please keep in mind that this is a great deal as you are getting more than a thousand miles per month.
I still use the car but rarely so the mileage can increase a little bit.
