I'm currently selling my 2 owner 2004 E320. I purchased the vehicle from a retired gentleman in 2011 with 55K miles on it. It was my commuter through July 2015 when I picked up a c209 E550 coupe. Since then it has been very lightly used by my grandmother as a grocery getter. It has been very well maintained, both myself and the gentleman who owned it before me did some of the regular maintenance ourselves. Anything more than that was done at the dealer or by trusted independent mechanics. The title is clean and the car is accident free. All maintenance has been documented, and I have maintenance records for the vehicle since new. Major maintenance items that have been handled:

All regular maintenance items were performed at factory suggested intervals. OEM parts or OEM equivalents were always used (hengst and mann filters, Mobil 1 0W40 euro formula oil, etc.). This car has the M112 V6 and 722.6 transmission, which is widely known to be one of the most stout and reliable drivetrains MB has produced, one of the main reasons I bought it.

It has retrofitted factory navigation, retrofitted factory LED tail lights, and a factory E55 grill. I have all of the stock parts and will include them if you want them. Also, it has authentic brabus pedals as a little bonus. Will be replacing the worn mirror gaskets and cracked windshield before the new owner takes delivery.

Only selling it as I found a really clean clk320 cab that I picked up for my mom to tool around in on the weekends, need to make room in the driveway. It is a very clean car, but it is 16 years old so not perfect, paint on the rear view mirrors is a bit faded on top, it has an odd scratch here and there. Overall the paint is in great shape though, it was regularly washed and sealed with spray wax (optimum for most of its life, gtechniq c2v3 for the last couple of years). The interior is very clean, drivers side seat and steering wheel have some minor wear, other than that it looks close to new. Also just cleaned and conditioned all the seats with leatherique.
