Hello!
Up for sale is a SDN Wireless Carplay Kit (Sardincar) for NTG5 Comand 8.4". This is a great solution for those who want carplay functionality on a Command system and has worked reliably for me from the date of installation. The module is in great working condition. It was removed from my 2019 GLC350e which I'm also selling.
I paid $585 for this back in Aug 2019. Asking for $400 shipped OBO. The sale includes:
- SND Wireless Carplay module
- Wiring harness
- AUX activator OBD (paid $80 separately for this)
- Torx driver needed to remove center panel

SDN Wireless Kit
- No need for wired connection, but wired connection is also possible/optional
- Possibility to fast charge w/10W+W charger + USB-C-Lightning cable (not included)
- Good install instructions (C-Class)
- External microphone included
- Automatically connects when in range - Default radio menu starts in CarPlay menu (good if you want to use CarPlay every time)

There is programming needed to enable the "AUX" input. The package includes the programmer that plugs into the OBD.

The system is intended for NTG 5 with Command. When I bought this module I used a vin decoder online to see if my system is compatible
