Oh, I was also wondering if this one happened to have the 3rd row of seats? My 07 e63 does, and the kids really, really like it.

S211 is the last AMG wagon that had 3rd row seats from the factory. There are folks who have retrofitted 3rd row seating, but like those who add the middle seat in the Civic Type R, there are concerns regarding insurance coverage/liability if there's an accident.

Yes it was very hard logistically to get the car, seller was very busy and had a very short window to meet, plus the location was hard to get to....flying in, rental car, drive up, lodging, 17 hr drive back etc. Spent well over 1k to get it home. Car does need work, already had all fluids changed, new battery, going in for 3 step paint correction and coating, and the interior needs a very deep detail. I'll be spending well over 50 hrs to get it right.
08 to 14, is a nice step up. But i love the M156. Seriously the sound.

Good eye!, I had it listed for 1 day I think, sold it to a wholesaler, needed the cash asap for an investment. I spent well over 2k getting this car RIGHT. whoever gets it, is going to be set, all new fluids, new battery, full detail, i even included all the service records in the glove box....ill be back in another AMG, in March hopefully.

I see p30amg08 sold it and put a little money into it but it's available for sale again and I'm looking to pick it up. I'm new here so can't PM but does anyone have any insight into it's history and condition? Looks solid but has higher mileage.

What I see is someone dropping it for a low price. Then p30amg08 came in for a quick flip and made a few thousand to a guy that sold it at auction. Now sits at a dealer.

Where is it for sale. I sold for 38k to a big wholesale company. I had about 38.5k in the after delivery and maintenance. Sucks I had to sell....i loved having two wagons. His n hers. I had big plans for it. But needed the liquid for something bigger.

$46,995 + another $1500 ( title and dealer fee) + Taxes to a grand total of $54,000 and it's not pricey for a car with 100K miles that has been banged twice on the front (Carfax), really?

Well I guess if you have tax in your state then yes not quite a good of a deal. In my state no sales tax and of course I would suspect you can negotiate off the listing price. Not many of these under $50k
