I have two of the 10.25 inch android screens that fit 2009-2011 w204.  I went back to stock.  One is the square version and the other is the newer rounded version.  Both work as they should but the newer version runs more smoothly because it has a faster processor.   

The rounded screen version comes with a full set of new wires.   It is basically new. 

The wires for the square version are used and some of the unnecessary wires on the harness were cut to make it fit under the dash. I used these wires when I upgraded from the square to round screen. I can’t tell you which wires were cut but everything I used it for still worked.  Reverse camera, Bluetooth, etc.  

These are both priced to sell fast because my wife wants them out of the closet.  

$150 for the square version plus shipping.  
$300 for the round screen version plus shipping. I prefer PayPal.
