I have one MB purchased rim and tire for sale.  I bought this from my dealer to match my other wheels. The rim has 50 miles on it, the tire has 15000 miles.  There is no sensor.  I used it once.  I wanted a full size spare and carried it in the trunk.  Local pickup only.  It is in Port Jefferson, NY.  PM me for details.
