This is a beautiful, straight W212 E63, a 2012, with only 42k miles. I owned this car about three years ago, and my friend traded it back to me for a newer E63. 040 black with AMG charcoal, pano, and most of the goodies you are accustomed to (nav, hot and cold seats, active driver's seat) and some nice things we like; 20" Vossen/Worx wheels in excellent shape, with good Michelin PS4's, and Renntech front adjustable suspension kit (rear on links), sensibly lowered and properly aligned (tracks straight and true), resonator delete (very neat and clean work), front carbon lip, MB all weather mats + carpets, and a bunch of PPF all over the front and danger areas. I have also added some additional sound deadening material in the trunk and under rear seats. She makes a superb appearance, and the black paint is nice and deep, kept up by a concours winner and judge (that's me). It has been maintained with an open checkbook, and take a look at the photo of stack of receipts. I have the books, manuals and both working master keys. No smoke, kids, just gave her a good bath under the bottom along with oil and full tranny service. I've got lots more pix, just let me know and I'll send more.
Ask is $34,500. That's about 5% over the marketplace price, but this car is way, way more than 5% nicer--not to mention the miles. There seem to be plenty of them that are $40/50+k,. and there are lots of M156 cars with more miles that are not much cheaper. Mature owner(s), no hooligan antics, she doesn't go out in bad weather, 40+ year third generation MB geek, MBCA and PCA member. I can help you with travel and transport if you need it.
