W140 short-wheel base chassis with black exterior (040U) with Black/Anthracite (261a) leather interior. Two owners, 135200 miles, no accident, in very good mechanical and cosmetic condition, PA inspection good through Jan 2022.
Included with the car are 2 keys w/ remotes, owner's manual, parcel shelf first aid kit, trunk tool kit, and 2 sets of floor mats (carpeted and rubber/all-weather).

Available to view and test drive in Fayetteville PA 17222. I also visit Frederick MD 21701 pretty regularly if you want to view the car there. I've owned and used this S320 as a daily driver for a little over 1 year, having purchased it from the original owner in January 2020. I always garaged it, and from it's appearance I'd say the 1st owner did as well. Starts easily, runs well, shifts smoothly. Both the interior and exterior present well, with minor wear consistent with the car's age (see pics). Minor paint flaws mostly on the bumpers, headliner on the sunroof shade is a bit loose. Heat and AC work great, as do all the power features (seats, windows, sunroof). The original cassette/stereo with 6-disk CD changer works well. The only mechanical problems are:
- Remote key fobs will arm the alarm but not lock the front doors; however, all doors will lock/unlock using a key in the driver's door lock.
- Soft door close system works on rear doors but not on the front.
Over the past year I've put about 4,000 miles on it and done the following maintenance:
- oil/filter change
- replaced the central locking system vacuum pump (the one under the rear seat)
- replaced front and rear shocks
- replaced the inner and outer tie rods, drag link, and upper and lower front control arms
- replaced the front brake pads (rear pads still good)
- wheel alignment
- replaced the spark plugs and ignition coils (all 3)
- replaced the rear rubber brake lines
